Dawn Smith began her career in the Alarm Industry in 2002, and joined TMS in 2006. She is a busy mother who enjoys focusing on dealer education and dealer relationships with TMS. Dawn began as a Customer Service Representative and has carved a path through Account Management, Dispatch, Central Station Management, Client Relations, and the development of Products and Services. Her vast experience allows her to understand all aspects of the Monitoring business, lending knowledge and assistance to the dealer base she serves.
